Classroom communication in lessons of educational science and psychology at secondary school

This bachelor thesis deals with classroom communication during pedagogy and psychology lessons at high schools. The aim of the thesis is to describe classroom communication in the observed subjects in a complex way and to give the reader a realistic idea about the communication between the teachers and their students during instruction. The thesis is divided into a theoretical and an empirical part. The theoretical part focuses on pedagogical communication itself, which is a key term in classroom communication. The characteristics of classroom communication, which were verified during research, are also described. The empirical part presents the results of the implemented research whose objective was to look into classroom communication in pedagogy and psychology lessons at high schools.
Educational styles of secondary school teachers

The present thesis is devoted to educational styles of secondary school teachers. The literary overview describes progressively the most important educational environment of high school students - their family, school and peers. This section provides more detailed information about socialization in adolescence. The interaction with other people is considered as the starting point of their socialization. The concept of "significant others" (parents, teachers) as an irreplaceable factor of adolescent's development and growth is particularly highlights at the thesis. Follow-up to the characteristics of interaction and communication at pedagogical-psychological context the different views of educational styles of teachers and specifics that relate to the educational environment of secondary schools are introduced. In another part of the thesis a research project is proposed. It pays attention to secondary school teachers who teach "Pedagogy" and "Psychology" which are characterized briefly by their specific position in relation to the educational styles at the introduction. The aim of such research project should be comparing educational styles of these teachers. It should be filled by using a questionnaire "Pupil about a teacher" by author Ilona Gillernová. Moreover, it aims to analyze the above mentioned phenomena in the French textbook with approval clause textbooks: Amis et compagnie 1, Vite ! 1 and Le français entre nous 1 and draw attention to an insufficient integration of these occurrences in the contemporary teaching of the French language, as well as in the Common European Framework of Reference for Languages.
